Im starting off this tiny month of February with some BIG news!
Im pleased to announce that I've started my very own independent brick and mortar location for True North Physical Therapy (& yoga) in Long Island City!!!
I guess you can say I’m following my...“True North” 😉
If you've ever worked with me before, I have always practiced in a location where I rented space--either from Sky Health (Flatiron), Nicely Fit (LIC) or Wellness Within (LIC).
I finally made the big leap and found a space of my own which will be up and running starting in February! (Im putting on the finishing touches this weekend 😬...pics to come soon!)
Not to fret--I will still be seeing clients at Sky Health a well! 😅

I will still be seeing patients at Sky Health but now on Tuesday & Thursdays only. 📆
Limited Saturday hours will now be available in LIC!
Starting back up with in-person, one-on-one therapeutic yoga sessions in LIC. 🙏🏽
The new private space will be limited to two people, you + me. Because COVID is still a thing, it will limit exposure to you & give you much more privacy during the treatment session! 😷
